Opening doors for the next builders

I find fulfilment in advising local founders on applying product thinking to their ideas, early-stage growth, finding product-market fit early and building teams that scale without losing their mission.

I believe that more African founders need African-led capital for more innovation to succeed over time. I periodically participate in African-led angel investment initiatives that back founders solving problems on the continent, through investment collectives such as HOAQ and the African Angels Network.

I know firsthand how difficult navigating a career in tech and product can be, especially for African women. I believe in sharing my learnings with those coming up behind me, and opening doors whenever I can. This is mostly through direct connections, but I occasionally use ADPList (since 2021) to open up those conversations to globally based young talent.
