Head of Product Innovation
Led product innovation for a maternal health company, setting the innovation strategy and running AI-assisted experiments on existing products to find growth gaps and turn them into revenue. I owned the relaunch of the core offering, the 0-1 build of a learning platform with nurses and clinical staff, and the growth of a junior product team.
A Maternal Health Learning Platform

The Challenge
Expecting mothers, especially in the third and fourth trimester, often lack accessible, trustworthy education about birth preparation — while the organization needed a new, sustainable way to generate revenue from this product line.
What I Did
Set the innovation strategy and led AI-assisted experimentation (with Claude and Cursor) across existing products to find growth gaps. Led 0-1 development of a maternal health learning platform — defining user personas, end-to-end flows, and MVP scope, and shipping an interactive prototype in close collaboration with nurses and clinical staff. Designed and launched a birth preparation course, and defined success metrics spanning completion rate, attendance, and nurse-generated content. Mentored junior product talent along the way.
Why It Mattered
The platform turned clinical expertise into an engaging, accessible learning experience for expecting mothers — while proving out a viable new revenue line for the business.
